Christmas decorating

Today I pulled out my decorations and switched out the Fall/Thanksgiving stuffs for Christmas.

Awhile ago on Pintrest I found a really cool sign and with the "Black Friday" sales at the local craft stores I decided to make my own.  It's still in the final drying stage, but it will be up on the wall before I head off to bed.

Using a simple transfer trick, I was able to hand paint it.

The main purpose of this blog is to catalog all my crafting endeavors into on place.   I never work on one craft at a time, there are several in various stages of completion...hence wibbly wobbly timey wimey.

Not all posts will be knitting/crochet/sewing related, I see cooking and baking as a creative outlet as well.  I will post recipes here from time to time that I have experimented with and enjoyed the results.

But first...a hat I made back in January...
